Shipping

Every order is insured and shipped in discreet, protective packaging. Orders placed before 1:00 PM WIB are generally processed the same business day; orders placed after operational hours are processed the next business day.

Delivery windows depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination. You can check your order's current status anytime on our order tracking page.

Returns Eligibility

Unworn pieces in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, engraved items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact our team through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once a returned piece is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or piece are processed as a return followed by a new order.

Please allow a few business days for a return to be inspected and for the refund to be issued once approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
