Orders placed before 1:00 PM WIB are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after operational hours will be processed on the next business day.

Customers must report any discrepancy, damage, or missing items within 48 hours after receiving the package.

To support any claim, customers are required to provide clear unboxing video documentation and relevant photographs showing the condition of the package and product upon arrival.
